1. IMPORTFEST is a pre-register show only. Registrations will not be accepted on the day of the event.
   
   
2. Registered vehicles will be provided with an Auto Meter Competitor Display Card during Set-Up.
   
   
3. Auto Meter Display Cards must be placed inside the front windshield upon entering the venue. Display Cards will clearly identify your vehicle to the IMPORTFEST judges.
   
   
4. IMPORTFEST Judges will begin judging vehicles as early as 9am on show day.
   
   
5. Vehicles that have been judged will be identified on the Auto Meter Competitor Display Cards. (Tampering will result in automatic disqualifications)
   
   
6. It is recommended (not required) that the owner of the vehicle be present during judging. Either way vehicles will be judged.
   
   
7. If for any reason you believe that your vehicle was not judged; immediately notify an IMPORTFEST staff.
   
   
8. Once all the vehicles have been judged, score sheets are then entered into a computerized tally system.
   
   
9. The winners will be announced during the Award Ceremony at 11pm.
   
   
10. If for any reason you believe that there was a discrepancy in your judging; or if you believe that you should have been awarded a Trophy - please email, fax or mail us immediately following the event with a detailed description of your concern/complaint.
    
    

Please Note: IMPORTFEST Staff are not permitted to make any changes or to offer any explanations once the Award Ceremony has commenced.
