Passes

All competitors will recieve their passes upon registration. Each competitor receives 2 passes, ImportFest decals, an ImportFest T-Shirt and an Autometer Judging Sticker.

(Please show your support by placing the Stickers on your vehicles and wearing the T-Shirts the following day. Although you will not get extra brownie points, you will see us smile every-time we walk by you or your car)

Wristbands

Keep in mind that all wristbands must be securely placed around wrists to ensure entry into the show. Any tampering with wristbands will result in immediate dismissal from the show. Lost or Forgotten wristbands will not be replaced – no exceptions! Swapping Wristbands will also result in dismissal from the show and automatic disqualification.

Battery

Please disconnect your battery prior to leaving the venue on Friday November 16th 2007. Failure to disconnect your battery will result in disqualification. (This is a safety measure that the venue requires from all vehicles).

Fuel Requirments

Your vehicle must have ¼ gas tank or less. All batteries and alarms must be disconnected at all times. You cannot start your vehicle at anytime during the event. Failure to comply will automatically result in disqualification and maybe subject to fines.

Display Vehicles

All display vehicles that are going into a booth must roll in between the hours of 9:00AM – 6:00PM specified for exhibitor move-in. If the display vehicles wish to compete in the competition they must register in advance! Please note that the registration fee is not included in the booth prices. Display vehicles must wait in line with other competitors during roll in. Display vehicles must remain inside the specified booth space.

Electrical

Competitors that have purchased electrical power via the Venue must go to the Client Services Desk for arrangements. Importstyles Promotions Inc. is not responsible for any electrical arrangements made through the venue. Please keep in mind that certain areas of the venue are equipped with power outlets, therefore, when checking in, let the staff know that you have purchased electrical. You will be allowed to purchase Electrical during Set-Up but not on the day of the event.

Return to the Venue

Competitors will be allowed into the venue anytime after 10:00AM on Saturday. Only people with wristbands will be allowed in at this time. All other guests will have to wait until 12pm when the show opens to the public.

In & Out Privileges

All exhibitors must be wearing their wristbands for in/out privileges. Re-entry is available. Any tampering with wristbands will result in immediate dismissal from the show.

Sale of Merchandise

Sale of merchandise is NOT permitted at anytime unless you have purchased a booth.

Behavior

If for any reason a competitor becomes disruptive, deemed objectionable, or verbally/physically abusive he/she will be subject to disqualification. ISP will not be liable for any refunding fees or fees paid rentals.

Copyrights

All competitors hereby assume all costs and expenses associated with copyright, trademark, trade name and any other statutory protection.

Video Footage

ISP assumes no responsibility for any use or infringement of vendors’ name, logo or any types of materials used in filming or marketing pieces.

Forces of Nature

ISP shall have no liability whatsoever from any cause beyond its control resulting from strike, fire, weather, lockout, civil disobedience, acts of God.

Liability

ISP shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property including theft. The competitor is responsible for supervising their vehicles during the course of the show. However ImportStyles Promotions, Inc. has hired security to watch over Exhibitor Displays and Vehicles.

Fire Saftey and Health Regulations

The competitor agrees to comply with local, municipal and provincial laws and regulations in conjunction with safety, heath and other matters. Gas tanks on vehicles must be taped or locked and must be less than quarter tank full. Batteries must be disconnected at all times. Engines cannot be started at any time. All competitors must ensure that the steps are taken so that there are no oil spills.

Amendments

ISP shall have the power to enforce all terms, rules and regulations and any other stipulations necessary for proper conduct of the show. The competitor agrees to comply with such terms, rules, regulations, all pertinent laws, codes and any other regulations that affect the show.

Promotional Materials

No additional show related promotional literature will be allowed for distribution or display. In other words, no “sport compact” car shows, business cards, etc. are to promoted.
