* Cots are available at a cost of $25.00/night. There is a maximum of one (1) cot per room.

Specific room types and bed types (i.e. one king or two double beds) are subject to availability and should be requested upon booking. Please note the Hotel is limited in inventory with rooms with two double beds and are not guaranteed.

City view rooms do not overlook Stadium Field.

RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE:

The Hotel agrees to hold guestrooms specifically for IMPORTFEST Competitors/Exhibitors up until Friday, August 22, 2008. After the specified reservations cut-off date, any remaining rooms will be released for general sale, and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

BILLING ARRANGEMENTS

Attendees will pay their own room, tax, and incidentals incurred by them at Renaissance Toronto Hotel Downtown.

Attendees will be required to demonstrate ability to pay upon check-in (credit card or cash pre-payment) and all of their room, taxes, and incidental charges are due and payable on departure.
