All competitors are required to pre-register for ImportFest 2026
At this time, registration is exclusively available to competitors whose vehicles were approved for the 2025 event. If your vehicle was approved last year, you are eligible to register now.
Please note: Approval for ImportFest 2025 does not guarantee approval for ImportFest 2026.
Registration will open to all other competitors in March 2026.
To register, log in to your account and select ImportFest 2026. Before submitting, make sure your payment information, modification list, and images are all up to date.
A mod list is required. You do not need to include every detail, but please include the following categories with relevant information:

Our online registration system securely saves your vehicle and payment information, making future event registration quick and easy. You’ll receive email and text updates and can log in anytime to check your status. If you have registered and been accepted in the past, simply log in to your profile and select ImportFest 2026 to apply for this year’s event.
Payment details are required to create a profile, but you will not be charged unless your vehicle is approved.
*When submitting your vehicle, upload five (5) high-quality photos and include a detailed list of modifications. Photos may also be featured on our social media.
Once your vehicle is added, you can register for the 2026 event. Approval notifications will be sent by email and/or text.
The 2026 Vehicle Registration Package is $155 for cars and $275 for trucks, plus a $3 service fee. Each package includes two General Admission tickets and a limited-edition ImportFest T-shirt. Additional tickets may be purchased online or at the event.
Each application undergoes a screening process that includes a review of submitted photos and listed vehicle modifications, with priority given to entries that demonstrate strong competitiveness within their respective class.
Due to the large volume of applications, we will exclusively be sending out notifications for accepted applicants. If you do not receive an acceptance email within 7 days of your application, it indicates that you were not accepted.
Judges assess overall fit and finish, quality of workmanship, the type and quality of aftermarket parts, and how well the modifications suit the vehicle. Vehicles that perform well in their class may be eligible for 1st Place, 2nd Place, or Specialty Awards.
All vehicles are judged live on-site during the event by a panel of judges using specialized criteria. Each vehicle receives a comprehensive evaluation of its overall customization, including exterior, interior, engine, audio/video, undercarriage, and suspension modifications.
Participants must be present with their vehicle during judging to answer questions or provide access if required. In the event of a tie or closely matched scores, a secondary review may be conducted to determine final results.
To enhance the efficiency of the judging process and reduce wait times on the show day, we now provide Friday judging during setup. Having your car scored on Friday eliminates the need to wait next to your vehicle on Saturday or arrive early for the show. This option is especially suitable for vehicles that require less preparation time, so we encourage you to make use of this opportunity.
If you wish to be judged on Friday, we strongly recommend arriving early for setup. Friday judging will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Judging on Friday will be limited and may not be available to everyone.
