NOTE: You will be required to submit 5 images of your vehicle (front, rear, side, interior, engine). Multiple images can be selected and added at once. You can also add images by dragging and dropping them into the upload tool. Please do not use phone screenshots! Images must be jpg, jpeg, or png! (Images must be 10MB each or smaller! If your images are too large, you can click here to use a free online image resizer to shrink them)
The 2024 Vehicle Registration Package costs $145 plus a $3 service fee. With this package, you’ll receive TWO General Admission Tickets (one for you and one for a guest) along with an Exclusive ImportFest T-shirt! If you need more tickets, they can be purchased online or on the day of the show.

Since 2001, ImportFest has been at the forefront of sport compact competition, displaying top-tier customized modified vehicles from across Canada and the USA, drawing thousands of attendees each year! Also, our competition series has gained widespread recognition as the leading Canadian Car Show for car builders and auto enthusiasts nationwide, showcasing modified vehicles ranging from import cars, euro cars, exotic cars, to domestic cars!

This new system saves all of your information, including payment and vehicle info, making it super easy to register for future events. You’ll receive email/text alerts, and you can log in anytime and check your registration status.
In order to create your profile, payment info is required up front. However, you will NOT be charged unless you are approved for the event.
You will also be able to add vehicles to your profile. When adding vehicles, you will be required to upload five (5) good images that we will use to evaluate the quality of your vehicle, and may also be used on our social media. You will also be asked to include a brief “Mod List.”
Once you’ve added a vehicle to your profile, you will then be able to register for the event. If you are approved, you will be notified by email and/or text message.
Each registration undergoes an evaluation, focusing on overall fit and finish, quality of workmanship, aftermarket parts, and the relevance of modifications. Our screening process includes a subjective review of your submitted pictures and listed modifications. IMPORTFEST INC. reserves the right to approve or decline any applicant at its discretion.
Due to the large volume of applications, we will exclusively be sending out notifications for accepted applicants. If you do not receive an acceptance email within 7 days of your application, it indicates that you were not accepted.
Moreover, candidates are evaluated using our scoring system and categories list, with priority given to vehicles showing a high level of competitiveness in their respective class. If your application is not accepted and you wish to try again, you have the opportunity to resubmit your entry once more, providing updated photos and a detailed list of modifications by emailed us at reg@importfest.com.
To enhance the efficiency of the judging process and reduce wait times on the show day, we now provide Friday judging during setup. Having your car scored on Friday eliminates the need to wait next to your vehicle on Saturday or arrive early for the show. This option is especially suitable for vehicles that require less preparation time, so we encourage you to make use of this opportunity.
If you wish to be judged on Friday, we strongly recommend arriving early for setup. Friday judging will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Friday judging will have limited availability and may not be accessible to all participants.
