Since 2001, ImportFest has been at the forefront of sport compact competition, displaying top-tier customized modified vehicles from across Canada and the USA, drawing thousands of attendees each year! Also, our competition series has gained widespread recognition as the leading Canadian Car Show for car builders and auto enthusiasts nationwide, showcasing modified vehicles ranging from import cars, euro cars, exotic cars, to domestic cars!

Vehicle Registration Update

At this time, we are no longer accepting new vehicle registrations. However, we encourage you to join our waiting list. If a spot becomes available, we will review your application. Please note, your payment will only be processed if we are able to accommodate your registration.

Our online system saves all of your information, including payment and vehicle info, making it super easy to register for future events. You’ll receive email/text alerts, and you can log in anytime and check your registration status.

In order to create your profile, payment info is required up front. However, you will NOT be charged unless you are approved for the event.

When submitting your vehicle(s), you’ll need to upload five (5) high-quality images that will be used to assess your vehicle’s quality and may also be featured on our social media.  

Once you’ve added a vehicle to your profile, you will then be able to register for the 2025 event. If you are approved, you will be notified by email and/or text message.

You will be required to submit 5 images of your vehicle (front, rear, side, interior, engine). Multiple images can be selected and added at once. You can also add images by dragging and dropping them into the upload tool. Please do not use phone screenshots! Images must be jpg, jpeg, or png!   (Images must be 10MB each or smaller! If your images are too large, you can click here to use a free online image resizer to shrink them).   

Make sure to include a list your modifications, including aftermarket wheels & tires, aero, suspension, engine and interior upgrades, etc.

The 2025 Vehicle Registration Package is $150 for cars and $270 for trucks, plus a $3 service fee. This package includes TWO General Admission Tickets (one for you and one for a guest) plus an Limited Edition ImportFest T-shirt!

Additional tickets, can be purchased online or on the day of the show.

Friday Judging

To enhance the efficiency of the judging process and reduce wait times on the show day, we now provide Friday judging during setup. Having your car scored on Friday eliminates the need to wait next to your vehicle on Saturday or arrive early for the show. This option is especially suitable for vehicles that require less preparation time, so we encourage you to make use of this opportunity.

If you wish to be judged on Friday, we strongly recommend arriving early for setup. Friday judging will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Judging on Friday will be limited and may not be available to everyone.

Our judging process involves a comprehensive evaluation of your vehicle’s overall customization, including all exterior, interior, engine, audio/video, undercarriage, and suspension modifications.

REVIEW PROCESS

Each registration undergoes an evaluation, focusing on overall fit and finish, quality of workmanship, aftermarket parts, and the relevance of modifications. Our screening process includes a subjective review of your submitted pictures and listed modifications. IMPORTFEST INC. reserves the right to approve or decline any applicant at its discretion. 

Due to the large volume of applications, we will exclusively be sending out notifications for accepted applicants. If you do not receive an acceptance email within 5 days of your application, it indicates that you were not accepted.

Moreover, candidates are evaluated using our scoring system and categories list, with priority given to vehicles showing a high level of competitiveness in their respective class. If your application is not accepted and you wish to try again, you have the opportunity to resubmit your entry once more, providing updated photos and a detailed list of modifications by emailed us at reg@importfest.com.
