ImportFest 2026 vehicle registration is now open—see details and instructions below:
1. Create or Log In to Your Account
Log in to your existing account or create a new profile, then select ImportFest 2026. (If you have applied in previous years, simply log in and select ImportFest 2026 to apply again).

2. Prepare Your Application

Upload five (5) high-quality photos of your vehicle (front, rear, side, interior, and engine). Multiple images can be uploaded at once, or you may drag and drop files into the upload tool. Please do not submit phone screenshots. Images must be JPG, JPEG, or PNG format and 10MB or smaller per image. If your files are too large, use a free online image resizer to reduce the size before uploading.

4. Submit Your Application
Once your vehicle profile is complete, you can register and select ImportFest 2026 event.
If you have applied in previous years, simply log in and select ImportFest 2026 to apply again.
5. Payment Information
Payment details are required to create a profile; however, you will not be charged unless your vehicle is approved.
If your application is approved:

7. Exhibitor Vehicles (Optional)
If you are registering with an exhibitor, please include the exhibitor’s name. Reserved spaces are available for select exhibitors.

Our registration system securely saves your information for future use. You’ll receive email and text updates, and you can log in anytime to check your application status.
Each application undergoes a screening process that includes a review of submitted photos and listed vehicle modifications, with priority given to entries that demonstrate strong competitiveness within their respective class.
Due to the large volume of applications, we will exclusively be sending out notifications for accepted applicants. If you do not receive an acceptance email within 7 days of your application, it indicates that you were not accepted.
Judges assess overall fit and finish, quality of workmanship, the type and quality of aftermarket parts, and how well the modifications suit the vehicle. Vehicles that perform well in their class may be eligible for 1st Place, 2nd Place, or Specialty Awards.
All vehicles are judged live on-site during the event by a panel of judges using specialized criteria. Each vehicle receives a comprehensive evaluation of its overall customization, including exterior, interior, engine, audio/video, undercarriage, and suspension modifications.
Participants must be present with their vehicle during judging to answer questions or provide access if required. In the event of a tie or closely matched scores, a secondary review may be conducted to determine final results.
To enhance the efficiency of the judging process and reduce wait times on the show day, we now provide Friday judging during setup. Having your car scored on Friday eliminates the need to wait next to your vehicle on Saturday or arrive early for the show. This option is especially suitable for vehicles that require less preparation time, so we encourage you to make use of this opportunity.
If you wish to be judged on Friday, we strongly recommend arriving early for setup. Friday judging will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Judging on Friday will be limited and may not be available to everyone.
